Living in Fiddler’s Creek
Fiddler’s Creek is a private, gated community of about 4,000 acres in South Naples, between downtown Naples and Marco Island. Less than one third of the land is used for homes, with the rest kept as lakes, parks and nature preserve. The first homes went up in the late 1990s, and new homes are still being built.
The Creek Course, designed by Arthur Hills, has been a Golfweek Top 100 residential course for years and was recently rerouted. A new, expanded clubhouse opened in 2025, joining the 54,000 sq ft Club & Spa. Golf membership is optional. The club also has a full-service spa, fitness center, tennis, pickleball and the Gator Grille.
The optional Tarpon Club adds a valet beach pavilion on Marco Island and a private marina with wet slips and dry storage. Homes range from condos and coach homes to single-family homes and custom Mediterranean estates across dozens of neighborhoods.
