The growth is moving east.
Estero’s older, established communities sit between US-41 and I-75. East of I-75, Corkscrew Road has become one of the busiest new-construction corridors in Southwest Florida. The gold areas on the map were built in the last ten years.
- Kingston from Cameratta Companies is approved for up to 10,000 residences on about 7,600 acres, with models open since October 2026.
- Verdana Village and The Place at Corkscrew are Cameratta communities with Lennar and Pulte homes.
- WildBlue covers about 3,500 acres with more than 800 acres of lakes.
- Our office sits right on the corridor at Corkscrew Palms, so we see it change week to week.
