The Isles of Collier Preserve is a 2,400-acre community by Minto Communities on the south shore of Naples Bay. More than half of the land is set aside as natural habitat and preserve. It borders Rookery Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve, Dollar Bay and the Naples Botanical Garden, and it sits about four miles from Fifth Avenue South.
The Isles Club is the hub, with a resort pool, lap pool, fitness center and lighted courts for tennis, pickleball and bocce. The Overlook Bar & Grill looks out over the Cypress Waterway. Residents can paddle and bike about eight miles of trails and waterways. Minto also provides bikes and kayaks for residents.
