Living in Tiburón
Tiburón is a guard-gated golf community in North Naples, built by WCI Communities around The Ritz-Carlton Golf Resort. It sits at Airport-Pulling Road and Vanderbilt Beach Road, about 3.5 miles from the beach. The community holds about 540 residences in nine neighborhoods, with most built between 1998 and 2015.
Golf here is resort-level. Greg Norman designed both 18-hole courses: the Gold Course, which opened in 1998, and the Black Course, which followed in 2001. The courses host top events such as the LPGA CME Group Tour Championship and the Grant Thornton Invitational, and both are Audubon Cooperative Sanctuaries.
Membership is optional, so you can own here without joining. Members enjoy the clubhouse, a golf academy, dining, fitness, tennis and access to Ritz-Carlton pools and a beach shuttle. Homes include five condo neighborhoods, such as Ventanas, Castillo and Esperanza, and four single-family neighborhoods, including Escada, Serafina and Marsala.
