Living in Vineyards
The Vineyards is one of North Naples’ original country club communities. The Procacci family began developing it in the late 1980s, and it now covers about 1,375 acres just east of I-75 between Pine Ridge Road and Vanderbilt Beach Road. Roughly 2,700 homes sit in more than 35 separate neighborhoods, each with its own style and price point.
Golf is a big part of life here. Vineyards Country Club has two 18-hole courses: the North Course by Mark McCumber, with a Scottish links feel, and the South Course by Bill Amick, which has hosted a PGA senior tour event. The clubhouse runs about 70,000 square feet, with a large wellness center, spa, tennis and pickleball.
Club membership is optional, so owners can join for golf, choose a lifestyle membership, or skip the club. The community has its own shopping center with a Publix, and a 32-acre public park sits right next door. Homes range from mid-rise condos and coach homes to large custom estates on the water or the golf course.
