Living in Olde Cypress
Olde Cypress is a private, gated golf community of about 540 acres in North Naples, set along Immokalee Road just east of I-75. Stock Development created the community, and the golf course opened in 2000. Today it holds about 550 single-family homes and villas, with 176 acres of pine and cypress preserve woven through the neighborhoods.
The heart of the community is The Club at Olde Cypress. Its 18-hole course was P.B. Dye’s first championship design in Collier County, with rolling fairways, pot bunkers and raised greens. A 36,000 square foot clubhouse holds the restaurant and lounges, and the club is a popular spot for weddings and member events.
Every homeowner has a social membership, which covers the pool, fitness center, clay tennis, pickleball and events. Golf membership is optional. Homes are mostly Mediterranean in style, with tile roofs, and range from about 1,800 to over 5,000 square feet. Residents can drive their own golf carts on the course and around the community.
