Del Webb Naples is a gated, 55-plus community inside the master-planned town of Ave Maria in eastern Collier County. Del Webb began building here in 2007, and new homes are still available. The community is planned for about 2,000 residences, from villas and townhomes to larger single-family homes.
Social life is the big draw. Two clubhouses total more than 30,000 square feet, led by the 12,000 square foot Oasis Club with a fitness center, café, library and craft rooms.
