Living in TwinEagles
TwinEagles is a private, guard-gated golf community on about 1,115 acres in Northeast Naples, off Immokalee Road. Bonita Bay Group developed it, and the community is capped at 614 homesites, so it stays quiet and uncrowded. More than a dozen lakes and large stretches of natural habitat earned it Audubon International Signature Sanctuary status.
Two very different golf courses set TwinEagles apart. The Talon, a Jack Nicklaus design that opened in 1998, has hosted the PGA Tour Champions Chubb Classic. The Eagle, by Steve Smyers, opened in 2012 and was named Best New U.S. Private Course by Golf Magazine. A 47,000 square foot clubhouse overlooks the 18th hole of the Talon.
Every home carries a deeded club membership in a social, sports or golf tier. Housing ranges from condos and coach homes to large custom estates on half-acre to two-acre lots in the Estates.
