Overview

Living in Pelican Landing

Pelican Landing is a large master-planned community in northern Bonita Springs. It began with a golf club in the mid-1980s and grew under WCI Communities into a full waterfront community. It borders Estero Bay and Spring Creek, and it sits just a bike ride from the shops and dining at Coconut Point.

One of the most loved perks is the private beach park on the north end of Big Hickory Island. Residents ride a boat shuttle from the marina to swim, shell, fish and picnic. The community also has a kayak and canoe park on Spring Creek, a sailing center, a tennis center and a fitness center.

Golfers can join the private club at Pelican’s Nest, which offers 36 holes and a 45,000 sq ft clubhouse. Homes range from garden condos and coach homes to high-rise residences with bay and Gulf views, plus luxury estates. With about 30 neighborhoods, there is a fit for many budgets and styles.
