Overview

Living in Mediterra

Mediterra is a gated golf community of about 1,700 acres in North Naples, planned for no more than 950 residences. More than half the land is open space, preserves and lakes, linked by about eight miles of paths. It has been named Naples’ Community of the Year 17 times in two decades.

The club has two Tom Fazio courses in an Audubon-certified setting, and golf membership is capped with a waitlist. Every owner joins at least at the social level, which opens up the clubhouse, the Sports Club and a private Beach Club on Little Hickory Island. A new sports and lifestyle center is under construction.

Homes have a European feel, from coach homes and villas to large custom estates. London Bay Homes is building new homes here. Mercato, Coconut Point and I-75 are all close by. Many neighborhoods look out over golf, lakes or preserve, and the paths connect homes to the club and parks.
