He opened his own brokerage and became the youngest broker-owner in Florida, with one goal: build the firm he would want to work with.
Built on the Corkscrew corridor
A strong first year of buyers, sellers and investors, plus an office right on Corkscrew Road at Corkscrew Palms.
Deal Lab
Instead of renting software, John built Deal Lab, the brokerage’s own CRM and lead system on GoHighLevel, so no lead slips through.
